The school is delighted to be a partner with the Three Faiths Forum. Over the years we have linked with three Muslim schools. This affords the children the opportunity to interact with their peers in other schools to explore common experiences in an ever-changing, highly diverse world. We are also exploring links through the Hackney SACRE.
Most recently, we have built a relationship with our neighbours at the Olive School, a new Muslim free school in Cazenove Road. As their school has very limited playground space at present, we are offering the use of some of our outdoor nursery space at certain times of the day.
We are very proud also of our partnership with Tzedek, the Jewish social action organisation. We have incorporated Tzedek materials into our Jewish Education and
Teachers have received Continued Professional Development training delivered by the Holocaust Educational Trust to consider approaches to this sensitive topic, which is marked most fully during the Holocaust Memorial Day commemorations on January 27th each year.
